Working alongside OnPay's team, a Brazilian fintech specializing in payment gateway solutions, I developed both the product concept and visual identity system anchored in a fundamental principle: Trust.
Understanding the market pain point of businesses signing contracts and discovering later hidden clauses and unexpected limitations, OnPay decided to disrupt the industry with complete transparency—no lengthy contracts, no dubious terms, and no fine print.

Users are tired of always being suspicious of a contract, of being surprised by yet another fee they hadn't noticed, or having to struggle to read the tiny letters of the asterisks in a contract agreement.
They don't want a service provider, they want a partner—someone who can simply solve their problem and whom they can trust.

To communicate this philosophy, I created a visual system centered on user empowerment and choice. The concept reflects how users can seamlessly toggle features on and off based on their specific needs and preferences.

The toggle switch became the cornerstone of the brand identity, inspiring the logo design and serving as the foundation for OnType—a custom typography system I developed specifically for the brand. This typographic solution creates a cohesive and flexible visual language that adapts across all touchpoints while reinforcing the brand's core message of transparency and user control.
